What are Goods?

Goods are things that people make or grow, and then sell to others. You can touch and hold goods!

Think about a toy car, a yummy apple, or a warm sweater. These are all goods! Someone made or grew them so you could buy and use them.

Goods in Action!

When you go to the grocery store, you see lots of goods: bread, milk, fruit, and vegetables. When you go to a toy store, you see goods like dolls, games, and building blocks.

People buy goods because they need them or want them. What are some of your favorite goods?
